We are a 100% mobile service and scheduled by appointment only. Contact us anytime to discuss your needs. You may also reserve your time-slot online by clicking here. We do require any major credit card in order to guarantee your appointment.
If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify our office by phone, text, or email at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. There is a 50% cancellation fee if cancelling within 6 hours of the appointment. No-shows and appointments cancelled within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full rate of their service. Exceptions may certainly be made on a case-by-case basis. Clients are not required to pay a cancellation fee with a valid medical note.
If you arrive late for your appointment, our practitioners will provide treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we may be unable to extend appointments beyond the originally-specified time.
We do not accept any insurance carriers at this time. Depending on the carrier, they may reimburse you for the cost of the massage. Contact your insurance company's representatives to find out for sure.
We will typically arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to perform an initial analysis and collect important health information. Please contact us should you require more information.
We do not condone discrimination between male/female therapists and, thus, will choose the therapist that we feel would best suit your needs. However, we do understand some clients have endured past traumas that would make it very uncomfortable to be placed with a specific gender.
Please let us know if you are one who hasn't yet healed from such traumas and would prefer a specific massage therapist or if you would prefer a male or female practitioner when you contact us to schedule an appointment.
Illness and Health Concerns
Kindly let us know of any health conditions, allergies and/or other concerns you may have prior to treatment. In an effort to provide a healthy environment, we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and staff.
